About Suraj Tp
I have 20+ years of international teaching experience, which include 14 years of teaching IBDP Business Management (HL/SL) & 5 years of teaching IGCSE/O Level curriculum for Business Studies and Economics. I have worked in International schools in three countries. I am also the examiner for IBDP Extended Essay & Business Management (Higher Level paper 2). Currently I am working in a IB World School in Shanghai, China as Coordinator for both IBDP Extended essay & IBCP Reflective project & IBDP Business Management teacher.I encourage incorporating ICT into teaching and learning activities. Hence, I have developed many resources for IBDP & IGCSE students, these includes, subject specific website, interactive online notes, assessments and quiz. I aim to provide a range of differentiated teaching techniques and positive learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinion, while fostering confidence so they may reach their full potential.It is my goal not only to provide my students with the basic understanding and application of the subject, but also to enable them to work with each other in-group settings, be creative, and to effectively communicate their ideas and concerns.
