Current*Infrastructure Management: Monitor, secure, and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and resources through Checkpoint Console and M365 Workspace.*Compliance & Security: Establish IMS objectives for the IT department and achieve 100% compliance with IMS requirements (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, UK-GDPR). Manage technical vulnerabilities to prevent exploitation and ensure operational system integrity through controlled software installations and restrictions.*Change Management: Assess potential impacts, including information security impacts, and plan and test changes efficiently.*Access Control: Supervise access rights and regularly review access control protocols.*Tool Administration: Administer Keka (Asset Management), Asana (Project Management Tool), Slack (Collaboration Tool), and Google Workspace.*Vendor & Strategy Development: Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.*Policy Development: Frame policies, processes, and procedures for IT Infrastructure and achieve organizational-level Cyber Essential Certification.
