CurrentAs a Branch Manager in Wasabi, I am responsible for smooth running of Branch Operations and line report to Area Manager.Responsible to lead the management team in Branch. Ensure and Develop branch team for always delivering amazing customer service and quality food to highest standard. Held to set strategy to achieve branch's financial targets (sales, labour and stock); compelled to compliance with Food safety, work place safety, Company's Quality Assurance; Hiring and HR management, financial handling; and creating various reports and forecasts on branch operations.In Company, I had the brilliant opportunity to work in its financially important branches: Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street Station, Paddington Station, King's Cross Station and St. Pancras Square. It provided me the opportunity to strengthen my skill and experience to run efficient operation with bigger team to achieve bigger sales with efficient utilization of available resources on sites.
