Implemented with addition of Shut off door in air vent with Thumbwheel mechanism changing without any effect in finish panel.  Working as D & R engineer with CAD/CAE/CFD team for Engineering, studio team for styling/craftsmanship team/ERGO/Color & material/supplier/Program team.
