Carried out the inspection of base metal preparation, welding consumables, pre-heating, in-process welding, visual weld check, etc., interfacing during fabrication & installation process to resolve any welding and inspection related problems.Rendering assistance by giving feedback information of complaint analysis, process capability study and tolerance study, checking daily weld report, PWHT and other NDT reports.Inspecting all received welding consumables at site, handling WQT, weld repairs, hardness test, hydro test & pneumatic test and monitoring other NDT activities.Fabrication OperationsStudying drawings, plans or patterns of structures to be made as per requirements.
