It is a been a pleasure to work in the hospitality Industry for more than 6yrs. It has taught me important lessons in both my professional and personal life. The ability to bring a smile to a satisfied guest's face is what has me going back to work everyday. Being a guest service personnel has helped me in developing a good communication skills and understanding the needs of a guest to the best of my ability.I hope to keep learning and implementing my skills to being glory to my workplace in future.
