As the Quality Head at JIS Institute of Skill Development (JISD), I oversee the quality assurance and auditing of various government-funded skill development programs, such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, NULM,UTKARSHA BANGLA etc. I ensure that the programs meet the required standards and guidelines, and that the beneficiaries receive quality training and placement support. I also coordinate with the project managers, trainers, and other stakeholders to monitor and evaluate the outcomes and impact of the programs.Identify and analyze opportunities for new projects, aligning proposals with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.I have more than seven years of experience in the skill development sector, working with different organizations and stakeholders. I have a strong background in project management, having managed multiple projects across different zones and regions as a Zonal Manager-Project at Edujobs Academy Pvt Ltd, and an Area Development Manager at Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd. I have a master's degree in business administration, with a specialization in marketing, from Bengal Institute of Business Studies. I am passionate about empowering the youth and enhancing their employability skills through quality education and training.
