To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at the dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field.SALES:• Understand the geography-wise sales plans for SRMB from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same• Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers.• Ensure dealer development and motivation towards SRMB sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned• Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers• Build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers.• Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior • Drive exclusivity of dealers as applicable• Maintain regular coordination with In-charge – MIS to ensure on-time order fulfillment• Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfillment periodically• Submit all required reports/ MIS/ competitor profiles on time.SALES PROMOTION:• Implement all meets, PPA / schemes & initiatives for dealers, influencers & consumers as per plans• Monitor & ensure effective implementation of all initiatives.SELF-DEVELOPMENT:• Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions• Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working INITIATIVES: • Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems & processes
