A social development professional having more than Six years of diverse experience. Social change is only possible through an inclusive approach by indulging all stakeholders, according to my notion of development. I worked with several Organizations in different spheres, e.g. education, performing arts, legal intervention and wellbeing of migrant workers. I embarked on the journey with the hope of change in the social order for inclusive development, meaningful livelihood, accessible and affordable health services, good education, a sense of equality and safety for all. To meet these objectives, I established an organization with the name Ideal Youth for Revolutionary Changes and used this as a platform to launch the initiatives. Working for the education, I as the founder of the Organization worked on digital literacy, education through creative learning methods without exerting a burden on children. The focus of my work is addressing the issues predominantly of migrant workers and their families hence intervention in various fields emerged as the basic requirement. I have conducted studies on conditions of hidden home-based workers and their bonded labourers. I have taken a lead in the women entrepreneurship program and promoted a sense of self-reliance among them since a large population of Indian women have been driven out of the labour force. The journey to serve society is still on and happy to collaborate with like-minded individuals, institutions and authorities. Looking for best.
