Mr. Khadka has experience in performing engineering analyses that includes but not limited to global stability analyses for slopes, bearing capacity/settlement calculation for shallow and deep foundation systems, embankment settlement analyses, etc. He has been involved in several geotechnical projects in different sectors like public works, transportation, industrial, commercial, utilities, solar, substation, transmission towers, pipelines, etc. in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area since 2018. He is responsible for preparing geotechnical reports with recommendations for shallow foundations (isolated footings, continuous footings, and mat foundations), intermediate foundation systems (like Rammed Aggregate Piers), and deep foundation systems (drilled shafts, auger-cast piles, driven piles, helical piles, micropiles, etc. ).Mr. Khadka has also been involved in several landslide projects for local counties and townships around Cincinnati Area. He has a solid experience in performing the design, analysis, and construction plan preparation of drilled pier retaining walls. Mr. Khadka has also worked on several transportation projects for ODOT and KTC, prepared subgrade/earthwork recommendations, and worked on preparing bridge/culvert/noise wall foundation recommendations, etc. He has experience in performing MSEW Analyses.He is also efficient in performing pavement design for parking lots and driveways of retail and commercial developments. His overall experience includes proposal scoping, test borings layout and survey, overseeing drilling operations, visual classification of soil and rock samples, performing geotechnical calculations and analyses, overall project management (resource/schedule/budget/staffing management, client interaction, to final report delivery), and writing reports providing geotechnical recommendations.
