My responsibilities extended beyond routine planning; leading cross-departmental coordination efforts across Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply and Management ensuring seamless collaboration. This involved preparing both short-term and long-term maintenance plans, addressing critical aspects such as aircraft finite life, spares, obsolescence, and life-limited parts, Day to day direct involvement in scheduled maintenance planning and execution through pre-induction meetings, preparation and audit of completed maintenance packages, guaranteeing compliance and top-tier quality.In addition to this, I was actively engaged with management offering strategic foresight to aircraft & component forecast's, KPI's and other elements crucial to MRO performance and efficiency. As part of my role, I have ensured a continuous peak in aircraft serviceability and availability as per customer requirements by making pivotal decisions on aircraft usage, duration on the ground, and implementing component swap and removal plans with resource constraints.
