Employed as a Senior Network Engineer Team Leader for CSC looking after 2 South African Finanical Institutes (Nedbank, Old Mutual). My team consisted of 8 Senior Network Engineers based in Jhb and CT. My primary role is to manage a team to ensure deliverables are met within agreed Service Levels on the customers LAN Campus sites.
