At IBDesis our mission is to create resources, education and awareness for South Asians around the world living with inflammatory bowel disease, with and without stomas to minimize the cultural stigma and normalise the diagnosis in addition to treatment and surgery.

I blog regularly on how I deal with inflammatory bowel disease and other aspects of my personal life. I provide support to others who are going through the same experiences as I and help educate people who aren't aware of IBD and the impact it has on sufferers. Since being diagnosed with Crohn's disease at the age of 11, my aim is to help and inspire other young children and teenagers who are un-diagnosed, newly diagnosed and those who have been diagnosed for a while.

I write, publish and provide all content and liaise with third party partners within both companies to ensure the correct content is delivered effectively. I have efficient knowledge in several CMS platforms such as WordPress (including Yoast Premium), Hubspot, MailChimp, Buffer, Brackets and Ez-Runner which is a leisure management software. Alongside the above, I edit HTML templates and distribute emails to the databases. I also collate data and create strategies to continue revenue increase. Working alongside the graphic designer, I provide ideas in order to produce effective visuals for all content. In addition to this I supervise all social media channels and provide content calendars to Park Champions for their individual social media park pages ensuring consistency and accuracy. I also liaise with the marketing director proposing plans for upcoming offers, promotions and campaigns.

This role consisted of uploading resale, discounted rent and new properties onto both Moat and Property Booking cms. I was also responsible for creating and uploading copy for mircro-sites and advising on imagery and graphic design, updating information on both Moat and Property Booking websites. I created and chased up orders on behalf of Centres using internal systems such as Citrix and Dealer Portal. Essentially, I ensured a smooth delivery of the vehicles from factory to Centre.

I led analysis reporting to senior management with strategies to improve service and social media.
