Role at SLIC: Senior Business Analyst cum Project ManagerKey responsibilities: •Improve business efficiency & effectiveness by implementing new solutions, new business modules, and Change Requests.•Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions, eliciting & analyzing business needs/ business requirements, solution definition, business strategy analysis, and solution evaluation to fit to find the perfect mix of in-house and outside products. •Participate in BPR activities to automate manual business processes and improvement of existing business processes. •Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, risk analysis, Gap analysis, Review existing business processes, review and analyses the existing solutions and analyze business needs/ requirements.
