I co-founded Rangsaaz, a clothing brand that brought the art of Dabu print into the modern pret-a-porter market. Starting from scratch, I spearheaded business development, achieving profitability and over 700 orders within the first year. By carefully curating partnerships with local artisans, I ensured not only ethical production but also the preservation of traditional crafts. Through strategic planning and execution, the brand broke even in less than six months, demonstrating rapid growth in a competitive market. My hands-on leadership spanned product development, sales, and creating a brand identity rooted in sustainability and cultural heritage.
