They focus on the many factors thataffect health & wellness in our communities, including income, education and senseof belonging, among others.- Board members share what they have learned about your health & wellness priorities with NovaScotia Health Authority, IWK Health Centre, and community groups.- Community Health Boards advocate for actions to promote and improve health &wellness based on what communities say is most important.- Guided by their Community Health Plans, board members develop partnerships with localcommunity groups and they award Wellness Fund grants to local communityprojects.

As the Associate Director of the National Collective of Women in Business, I contribute to the creation of insightful and engaging content for our monthly newsletters, aimed at empowering women that contribute to the Canadian economy. My role involves collecting information and conducting interviews with diverse student groups across the country, gaining a wide range of perspectives on current and relevant topics. Through these interactions, I ensure our newsletters reflect the voices and experiences of emerging leaders. This position has allowed me to enhance my skills in research, interviewing, and content development while contributing to a mission I am passionate about—supporting the women that lift up our economy.

In my role as a Health Survey Interviewer with the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging, I contribute to vital research on health trends across Canada. My responsibilities involve administering a variety of detailed surveys to study participants, collecting data that helps shape our understanding of aging and health outcomes. This position has refined my skills in data collection, effective communication, and attention to detail, as I guide participants through complex questionnaires with accuracy and empathy.

My role was to support the development of the business and the team as a whole. I was responsible in overseeing daily operations of the business as well as assisting and managing the team through conflict resolution and training.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Member is accountable for delivering excellent community member service, in our efforts to spread global wellness. Team Members generate business results and achieve key KPI's including revenue and comp growth goals, AVS, IPT, traffic conversion and loyalty program growth.

I am responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process. My duties include greeting customers when they enter the store, helping customers find specific products or showing them how to use them and ringing up customer purchases on the POS register.
