Link.run is an URL shortener for organizations. It is inspired from Google's internal URL shortener called Go Links. Creating a Link.run URL makes it easier for anyone in the org to visit a URL.

Conducted user research through user interviews to understand pain points, goals and needs of user. Synthesized data by creating persona, journey map, affinity map and other deliverables. Derived insights to inform design decisions. Presented usability test reports, competitive analysis and heuristics evaluation on existing app. Created wireframes and prototypes to communicate designs. Conducted usability testing on lo-fi through hi-fi mockups iterated on design to provide spec docs to developers. Observed user behavior on app and provided extensive documentation of critical observations and user behavior backed by data.

JustAsk was an experimental project aim to solve the problem of giving and receiving recommendations for service professionals. I helped research the problem of receiving recommendations from friends about home service professionals that users may want to hire.* Researched user problems by using generative research, open-ended user interviews and surveys.* Designed, proto-typed and tested 3 concepts to solve this problem. Two concepts involved a shared Rolodex and contacts app. The third concept revolved around building a chat product focused on discussing contacts.* Partnered with an eng team of 3 engineers and a product manager to execute in three week sprints that involved discovery and delivery cycles.

General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive (UXDI) is a 10-week long training program dedicated to prepare students to think like designers, and approach problems creatively in order to design the next generation of great apps, websites, and digital products.

Researched, prototyped and designed an AI powered document reader web application. * Researched problems that users faced when reading large documents.* Built personas for various vertical in finance, medicine and law. Helped product manager narrow the focus to finance vertical by targeting users who read long SEC filings. * Prototyped and designed a new SEC filing reading experience with AI generated table of contents, snippet sharing, summary and document skimming tools.
