• Supply Chain Business Partner with reporting lines to the Finance Director and Client Director supporting client renewals, new business pitches and ensuring client profitability is in line with contracts/expectations.
• Responsible for the Supply Chain business which makes up 90% of the company revenues.
• Ownership of client, retail & marketing divisional overheads.
• Present monthly financials and operational KPIs at executive board meetings and client reviews highlighting variances and recommending actions.
• Produce budgets and forecasts for revenues, margins and overheads by holding meetings with Account Handlers and reviewing with senior managers

• Reporting on Supply Chain revenues and margins of magazine sales.
• Preparing management accounts including commentary, KPIs, explanations of key variances against forecasts, providing early warnings of issues and identifying opportunities to offset them.
• Ensure compliance to customer contracts by reporting on completeness of billings of ad-hoc contractual termse.g.: customer rebates, ratchet deals, management fees,
• Producing annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Reconciling balance sheets with full backup to held provisions in order to meet all internal and external Audit requirements.
• Being the first point of contact for Associate Directors/ Finance Director when negotiating contracts.
