- Serving personal and business members in high traffic downtown branch- Understanding and advising clients based on a comprehensive financial planning approach including cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection- Responsible for helping members with budgeting and organization of multiple accounts.- Using Outlook, Excel and CRM to ensure members information is up to date and organized. - Proactively contact clients by phone to identify potential client needs, and schedule appointments to further discuss clients’ opportunities - Received multiple “kudos” for outstanding customer service

- Using good judgment around sensitive information with general public enquiries by telephone, mail and in-person - Responsible for constituency casework, and meetings related to such casework, with a focus on immigration issues - Accompanied MP at community events, outreach activities, business functions and stakeholder meetings as required- Responsible for managing the MP’s calendar for meetings with constituents- Event planning and organizing for key community events that the MP attends in the riding, including outreach, coordination and budget management

- Resolve and handle member contacts (including, but not limited to inbound/outbound calls, email) according to established service and quality standards.- Achieve established sales and service objectives.
