Surekha is a passionate and experienced HR leader who has co-founded and leads LeapOnboard, an HR Tech SaaS startup that enables HR teams to create a delightful onboarding experience for their new hires. With LeapOnboard, Surekha aims to boost productivity, engagement, offer-to-onboarding conversions, and retention for companies of all sizes and sectors. Apart from this, Surekha is also a PoSH external consultant for several companies. Starting her career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Surekha worked across various HR functions in TCS ranging from HR Digitization to HR Generalist to Soft Skills Training to finally as an HR domain expert on SAP consulting projects. As a trainer, Surekha conducted several training programmes across multiple TCS locations in India such as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. Outside of TCS, Surekha has undertaken freelance soft skills training assignments for a diverse audience ranging from engineers in IT companies to customer service agents in the insurance as well as logistics space. Leveraging her experience in the human resources domain and working with startups, Surekha founded and now leads Leap Onboard - an HRTech SaaS startup (www.LeapOnboard.com) that helps companies build meaningful relationships with candidates and employees on purpose.Surekha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Mumbai Educational Trust with a specialization in HR as well as a Bachelors in Mass Media from St. Andrews College, Mumbai.
