- NPI Models- Handling products from NPI stage to mass production stage to achieve products quality which meets the customer's requirements.- Yield Analysis and Process Support - Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions.- Customer Corrective Action Support - Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions.- Experimentation - Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality.- Material qualification - participate in First Article Inspection Request and Approval for materialqualification to ensure necessary requirements been fulfilled.- Support Quality Indicators - monitor quality indicators as defined throughout the line. Recognize opportunity / gap and drive for internal corrective actions.- ECN - Review the ECN checklist and ensure the ECN is implemented correctly. Stop line or shipmentAuthorization - fully authorized to call for stop line or shipment at any point of time with regards to quality issues that in justification can impact customer's products.- Internal Communication - Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift. This communication might include inspection instructions, customer complaints, production scheduling, or other specific instructions.- MRB and Purge - Participate in purge and MRB meeting to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.- Visual Aids - Ensuring that proper visual aid for inspection is available for Manufacturing and QualityAssurance Department.- Incoming material quality - participate in QN disposition raised by IQA to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.

- To establish the line compliance activity, daily & weekly quality yield reporting to internal quality team, quality alert preparation and other key jobs assign by the superior. Fully responsible for Bone pile (Rework) quality performance.- Assist QA Engineer to perform line process audit.- Assist QA Engineer buyoff new lines setup.- Prepare weekly quality yield report.- Assist QA Engineer to follow up for closure of Corrective Action Report.- Assist in 5s maintenance of the FA/OOBA lab & it’s facilities/equipment.- Participate in bone pile rework Kaizen, which set up post rework VMI on IPC standard.
