• Mechanical Design of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels & Columns, Preparation of Material Requisition, Mechanical Datasheets, Setting plan & Technical Specifications, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor offer review and conducting KOM for technical discussions with Client and Vendor.• During project execution phase acted as technical support interface between procurement team and client for vendor finalization. This mainly covers optimization of costs related to material selection, design of equipment and make sure client approval is accomplished as per the specification.• Vendor Document list preparation during project execution as per project requirement and Vendor Document Review.• Providing the Support to other discipline for inline the engineering deliverable (Reviewing the Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Process data sheet, equipment specifications, Material selection drawing and civil foundation drawing for static equipment).

• Complete study of PR, Order Specification, Process Datasheet / Mechanical Datasheet, TQ for the project received and preparation of check list and summary for the deliverable items. Attending the KOM with client to discuss about for technical clarification in the project specifications.• Preparation of design calculation for the Pressure vessels, S&T heat exchangers in line with the project requirements and coordinate with draftsman and make sure the drawings are in line with design output and Company standards.• Preparation of Technical Delivery condition for Raw Materials namely Plate, Pipe, Tube, Forging and Fitting for Procurement.• Continual interaction with Client for any queries that arises during the detailed engineering stage and maintaining the document turn over cycle as per the project scheduled time.• Maintaining inter department communication with Procurement, Production & Quality Control for any changes in the Drawings during the course of execution.• Proposal activities: Complete study of RFQ, Project Specification & Standards. Preparation of preliminary optimized Mechanical design calculation, Equipment Datasheet and General Assembly drawing (Setting Plan).• Preparation of Bill of Material for Raw materials and get the quotation from material Supplier and do the cost estimation for the deliverable items.• Preparation of offer (Technical/Commercial) for the enquiries and clarify the points of Technical queries from Client.
