DEMAND MANAGEMENT(S&OP)• Implement/Stream line the demand Planning process with in 4 production plant and Trading products• Analyzing the Gaps month on month to address the delivery issues and Inventory increase• Product grouping/Standardizations to streamline the delivery and better inventory planning Forecasting for Long lead time/Import items for next 12 months• Utilization of a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.• Actively participate in the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure that supply of raw materials in each location are sufficient basis the demand forecast.• Maintain target levels on time delivery to the Distribution Centers and efficient utilization of inventory.• Establish safety stock levels for service parts through collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and OperationsSUPPLY PLANNING• Ensure that optimum inventory level of raw materials (RM) in each plant are maintained to meet or exceed customer order fill rates.• Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory and establishing safety stock parameters.• Liaise with Vendor and Logistics for any supply-related issues (e.g. quantity delivered, reformulation, pricing, delivery schedule, etc.)• Address areas of concern with suppliers as well as plan and take appropriate action plan for resolution or removal.INVENTORY MANAGEMENT• Ensure and implement control in managing RM,SFG & FG inventory to prevent losses and/or shrinkages. Conduct regular security checks to ensure inventory completeness.• Manage inventory, both inbound and outbound, that runs through our Service operations.• Identification of Potential Surplus/Excess/Dead generation & Return Management within factories and vendor options.

* Apply detailed knowledge of the MS office product suite and various statistical and – mining software to analyze and report on a varieties on inventory related matters including PFEP and BOMs validations; obsolescence; ECN incorporation; product ordering patterns; inventory record accuracy assessments; receiving accuracy; variety of inventory control; supply chain; logistics assessments and metrics; root cause investigations* Maintain quick base spares expedite tool database, reschedules stock transfer purchase orders (STPO’s) and Re-ATP sales orders based on material availability and/or supplier delivery commits in SAP; escalate to management as required* Manage and maintain spare parts – item creation, ordering, receiving, kitting, issuing/returns, obsolete in SAP - ordering* Work with operation planning staff to resolve issues, update material schedules and ensure supporting MRP systems reflect forecast and demand for products* Evaluate and audit the use of consignment stocks to determine if stock management, replenishment cycles and service levels are adequate* Acting as single point of contact for parts planning expedite requests and establishes confirmed delivery commitments for product manufacturing * Participate in regular planning reviews and prepare data in line with changes* Undertake details and comprehensive analysis on material costs and identify opportunities for bulk discount or cost savings from suppliers* Setting high standard of performance by measuring and reducing inventory to increase turns* Work with finance/local management to ensure customers are charged and A/R is timely collected* Driving continuous improvements for smaller more frequent deliveries, just in time* May provide after hours on-call production support

* Performs a variety of coordinating, routing and material handling duties to meet customer delivery schedules expedite parts of remedy shortage problems pickup and delivery materials within and outside company and maintain records and material flow; may insure incoming materials and parts between departments to meet schedule commitments* Schedules, coordinates and monitors production or manufacturing production order through to deliveries operation schedule interruptions* Schedules and interface with supply chain on material shortage, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions* Continually looks for opportunities to improve manufacturing time and cost and provides metrics to support the improvements* Establish long-term production schedules and inventory analysis reports. Assist with long-term capacity planning* Maintain documentation of production schedules, production run-books, and assist in documenting operational best practices* Support the Materials Management Director, Planning Manager in the preparation of summary analysis reports & presentations* Provides support to customer/user inquiries or concerns regarding our products or services* Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting* May provide after hours on-call production support

* Monitoring the plan, troubleshooting, and improving the KPIs* Attend meetings and convene workshops with the project team as necessary to get snap-shots on time and keeping an update on actual progress on site* Preparing reports and presentations about the plans and the performance* Report to the Planning Manager on any risks, opportunities and any mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion date* Review actual progress against the program during different phases of a project and prepare and report to the Planning Manager accordingly* Work closely on a day to day basis with the Planning Manager to monitor and/or review the programs of Work* Work with production team and close gaps between actual performance and world class performance

* Adapt to changes in the working environment, managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources* Arrangement of planning meeting/workshops to roll-out the agreed work breakdown structures and working methods to the various planning contributors* Manage various schedules to ensure that work is completed as scheduled* Performs activities such as forecasting, accounting, work order management, in support of manufacturing* Responsible for providing Transmission Planning and in-depth analysis* Responsible to create, update and maintain data using SAP for planning, scheduling, monitoring and control* Responsible to support development of the monthly reports and to perform schedule assessments as requested* Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed* Work in conjunction with the Planning Manager and R&D in the development of overall procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics* Providing technical guidance to co-workers
