I have 6.8+ years’ experience in value-driven & result-oriented design of electromechanical products from low voltage to medium voltage and I have done various VA/VE projects. C62.11 -2012.Design & the Development of Load Break Deadfront voltage Indicator Cap as per customer requirement.Hands on experience in designing the Conical spring used in Deadfront test point cap.Design of Plastic Enclosure with suitable spring and thread functional mechanism for switch sensor product.3D model assembly & drawing creation support for Truss center break switch.Design & the Development of Testing fixtures for many NPD projects.FEA - Mechanical stress & wind load analysis on center break switch of 245 kV, 170 kV, 145 kV and 123 kV, Wind load calculation as per IEEE standard PC37.30.2TM/D03.FEA - MCTO(Burn & Bend analysis) for Center Break & Hookstick switch.MCTO - Design & the Modification of metal enclosure for Motor operated switch.Hands on working experience in E-field Analysis of Insulator product in COMSOL simulation, also got advance level training from inhouse COMSOL specialist. Experience in Type testing at CPRI testing lab for Arrester productHands on experience on Temperature rise, CT and Sensor testing for smart switchgear productsWorking knowledge in IEEE and IEC product standards.Experience on selection of Potting materials for Electronic circuit.Testing and calculation knowledge on contact resistance and temperature rise for copper connector test specimen. Good knowledge about different materials and its suitable application. Interact with US Clients to understand and gather project requirements.Preparation of concepts in 3D modeling software (Inventor) based on specifications.Deliver complete design drawing with GD&T for prototypes & manufacturing.Support team for the prototype assembly, inhouse testing and FEA analysis validation.Support in AutoCAD Electrical/Mechanical for layouts, sales and factory drawings creation. Create drawings based on ASME Y14.5M - 1994 standards.Experience on DFMEA checklist preparation in NPDRelease of design documents like assembly instruction sheet, part drawings, BOM and design specification as per BU standard template.Working knowledge in Autodesk Vault, SAP(PR1 005) T-Codes and FIORI for Engineering change process and sales order creation.Support team for Reverse engineering projects.
