Cost & Revenue. Major Roll outs are HPE SPL intra City deliveries, NFO Product, One Assist, Dyson ,Eaton Power Quality,VeriFone, Samsung Telecom, L’Oreal ,Becton Dickinson, Walmart Project, Ford – Secondary Distribution.

 Responsible to manage Major CL & SPL Customer’s transport operation for the Region through coordination with vendors & warehouse team. Ensure to meet the all transport related KPIs agreed with customer by periodically reviews & meeting with internal team & Vendors. Provide monthly performance reports to internal & external team.  Manage day to day operations’ escalation & provide the solutions to fix the challenges. Ensure to get Daily MIS reports to monitor performance for all major projects & vendors.  Data Management for Monthly & quarterly performance review with SMT & customers.  Efficiently looked after Transportation Management and Route Planning.  To Co-ordinate with Transporters for better service level and on-time deliveries.  Handle all exceptions like Damages, Shortages case resolution, COF issues, CAPA & RCA Process, NFO Management, 2hr / 4Hrs calls management ,Adhoc vehicle placement , POD Submission, Billing & Payment clearance, support to get NDCs. To negotiate better terms and conditions with vendors to save cost and time as well.  I was part of new project roll out time, I had supported to roll out some projects like, Emerson transportation, AVON Beauty, Samsung India Electronics – Milk run operation through dedicated vehicles, Dell Projects activity etc. Coordinate with vendors & provide best TAT & Cost for RFQs.

 Handling an intensive operation of around 60 vehicles per day for inbound & outbound network on all India bases. Ensuring smooth operations of day-to-day by coordination with Admin, HR, and Security & Mother Hub team. Dealing with the Internal and external staff, legal-sales tax department, Vendors etc. etc. Reporting to Corporate team on daily basis through concall Managing team of 20 on roll plus 70 off roll Employees on floor to run 24*7 transport operations with men-power & shift planning in cost effective manner to achieve desired goals. Load Management & Connection Planning as per volume Managing Transport Center Hub operations activity  Ensuring On time departure of Route vehicles (National, Zonal & Local ) as per defined schedule  Ensuring Capacity utilization of national route & feeder route Vehicles  Handling volume spikes during sales at the Hub Centre Ensure to check the all legal-documents that required at the time of crossing borders of state such as road permit, forms & others sales department formalities and quality of shipments to avoid short/damages cases. Monitoring Vehicle movement performance –arrival and departure performance  Keep Proper Co-ordination between Mother Hub & Transport Center to connect the all shipment as per Cut offs. Ensure to share MIS data to plan load as per route & flow and to validate vendors bills

 MIS & Reporting of KPIs on a Weekly and Monthly Basis for multiple clients, Managed SPL & CL logistics (IT Customer Dell, IBM, Konica Minolta, Metro Delivery Project (Dedicated City delivery network) & Automobile Customer i.e. Michelin India, Ford , JCB etc Working directly with service providers and WHs to enhance service level. Vehicle placement and rate negotiation with Vendor’s Preparing Customer billing data for multiple clients Auditing of bills given by vendors and ensure payments on time.  Vendor meeting and performance review.  Commercial revision and agreement renewal. Data Management for Monthly & quarterly performance review with SMT & customers.  Efficiently looked after Transportation Management and Route Planning.

 Maintain inbound and outbound load records, receipt of materials at warehouse, inspection,  Stock Control system-entry & storage as per space allocation, repackaging and labeling, distribution. Quality checking: - Packaging standard & documentation required etc.  Booking of shipments Docket entry & approve, preparing the TC, THC, on time moving the shipment. Delivery of shipments Prepare PDC to arrange the shipment’s deliveries. Collection and deposit of DD and cheques. Follow up with concern branches to get the unresolved shipment cleared either getting delivered or send to UCG. Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing dept,Scheduling of dispatches, Generate timely MIS required by the customer and internal MIS required by the company. On time billing and follow up with FOD, COD and Non- Delivered shipment. Having knowledge related to Cargo Industries (Surface Cargo, Air Cargo, Train Cargo and Bulk shipments). Handled all Claims Query & Activities at EC (Express Centre) level. Responsible for taking care of SQS Quality parameters at EC level to fulfill the auditor’s requirement.
