*Daily/ Weekly /Monthly achievement of the targets set, both in volume and value terms as established for the branch and dealer network.*Visit Centre meetings and interested family members of the customer to propagate Finance TW product.*Visit Dealers regularly and convert open market customers for TW Loan.*Monitor Dealer Sales on a regular basis and undertake activities required to increase share of Finance loans in the portfolio.*Ensure proper collection of 0 90 DPD cases in the area under supervision.*Assist in conduct of adequate marketing activities and dealer meets as necessary in the branch and supported network.*Propose New Dealer enrolment as per norms.

*Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers.*Creating credit scoring models for risk assessments .*Approving and rejecting loans based on available data.*Calculating and setting loan interest rates.*Negotiating the terms of the loan with new clients.*Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.*Maintaining records of all company loans.*Monitoring loan payments and bad debts.*Reviewing and updating the company’s credit policy.
