MEP Head - 22 years’ experience for MEP coordination, tendering & contract, budgeting, cost control, Liasioning & documentation for MEP NOC & Project OC, Site Services Execution, designing, operation & maintenance etc. Core Responsibilities: Expertise in execution of MEP function in large projects like Group Housing, shopping malls, Township, commercial Building, corporate offices, High Rise Luxury Apartments, High Rise Complexes etc. To lead and oversee MEP Design all projects, by collaborating, engaging, and directing the Consultants and Contractors. Act as the point of contact in the central technical team to interface internally and externally on all issues related with MEP project design guidelines, audit, assisting in execution and delivery.  Develop and implement SOPs for the MEP Department; Lead the development of a framework for reporting & MIS.  Lead and supervise MEP activities and work closely with design consultants to integrate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing concepts suitable for the projects.  Liaises with local authorities for the approval of MEP service drawings and with Utility Providers / Municipality for obtaining NOCs, approvals at various stages of the project.  Drive cost savings through process standardization, value engineering and effective project management practices. Review the BOQ’s & Develop Department and project budgets; Monitor and ensure adherence to the same for MEP work.  Ensure procurement (of systems & services) and installation and testing and layout of MEP System - electrical, PHE works, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant and fire protection with fair knowledge of design of respective systems.  Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely availability of working capital and funds; Ensure timely payments.  Review and Improving energy efficiency of the building  Motivating subordinates with technical guidance as and when required.  Delegate work to the project team and monitor the work to achieve targets.  Instigate the project planning and reviews the project progress against targets.  Co-ordinate the work of all inhouse staff, Suppliers and sub-contractor.  Organize and attend technical meeting with clients and consultants to discuss and proposal to the un constructable design related issues.  Organize and attend technical meeting with Engineers and contractors to discuss shop drawings, material submittals and method statement as necessary.  Actively participate in recruitment of MEP team.
