I believe my above expertise will contribute significantly to the growth of your organization.Brief of Job description: - -> Material Planning & Availability as per production plan at factory.->Securing the on-site Stock levels to meet the forecasted build plan.->Preparation of the master data for the material flow.->Coordinating to Program/Production Planning Department to changes in the production plan and ensure capacity planning with Warehouses, Vendors as well as transportation providers.->Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.->Deliver clear-to-build status, material coverage, run-out reports and other MIS reports as needed.->Communication with Vendors for Inventory of models near SOP & EOP.->Release RFPs/RFQ and negotiate based on feasibility confirmation & Vendor development.->Cost reduction by localization, VA/VE, Annual price reduction, Yield improvement.->Implement of reusable packing.->Searching and suggesting alternate Vendors for various components.->Knowledge of managing returns and rejections promptly with Vendors.->Supply planning for seasonal periods and promotional events.->Release RFQ/ negotiate based on feasibility confirmation & Vendor development based on projects requirements, responsible for forging and Machining parts commodity.->To grasp market situation , calculate part level CIM (cost index manufacturing) data ->To proceed benchmarking activity, update & share information with internal concern members->Manage, grow and develop team of buyers who are responsible for buying goods and services ->To make cost standard & should be cost for respective commodity.->To conduct Vendor assessment & clarify Vendor classification ->Improvement of Vendor QCD performance based on Vendor classification ->Vendor imp development & approval
