Working experience in Engineering department as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Projects management, Fleet management, Technology updates, Condition Monitoring, reliability, life assessment, audits, plant modifications and planned & unplanned outages, GE CSA etc.,• Project Management; 3 Nos. 7FA GE Make Gas Turbines /HRSG in Power plants. • Fleet Management; Transformers and Generators fleet management. Testing of transformer/ Generators / 230 KV dead tank circuit breaker / UR series GE Multiline relays during planned outage of the four power generation plants at Uthmaniyah, Shedgum, Rastanura and Juaymah Gas plants in the King dome of Saudi Arabia.• Setting up maintenance schedules based on OEM recommendations and best practices through Maximo system (MMMS). • Execution of Management of change (MOCs), safety observations through Intellex System.• Trouble shooting the problems in Power plants’ start up and Emergency conditions.• Generator inspections through GE contractual services agreement (CSA) (Schedules, spares, consumables, special tools, services and QA/QC).• Successfully completed 8 Major Inspections. Substantial savings without compromising Quality.• Partial re-wedging of one of the 7FAH2 Generator. Generator’s end winding repairs (wet tie repairs)• Planning, scheduling and coordinating major & forced outages, (procedures, risk assessment, manpower, services, special equipment, spares & consumables).• Responsible for Reviewing, implementing and tracking of Technical Information Letters (TIL / Improvements) applicable to Gas Turbine Generator. • Critical Spares Review and setting up required Inventory.• Developing contract scopes, reviewing quotes, Identifying & developing alternate vendors.• Modifications for betterment of operation / maintenance / safety. Evaluation , risk assessment, approving, executing and reviewing• Preparing & monitoring action plan to close points recommended by Auditors (external Technical audits, Insurers Audits)

My responsibilities:• Day-to-day job planning and scheduling.• Gained good knowledge in final inspection of ordered spares in the warehouse.• Working Experience in trouble shooting the problems in Emergency conditions.• Worked as Section In-charge of Ammonia and Urea Plants for 6 years and responsible for preventive /predictive maintenance, shutdown planning & execution and spares management. Also actively participated in planning and commissioning of CDR and CFG projects.• knowledge of Electrical operations like Synchronization and power distribution at 132 KV/11KV/3.3 KV /480 V level.• Setting up maintenance schedules based on OEM recommendations and best practices through SAP system. • Hands on experience in overhauling of Gas turbine generators, HT/LT motors.• Maintenance of 132 KV/11 KV/3.3KV/ 415V Switch Gears (Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Control Centers (PCC)), Circuit breakers and Transformers.• Maintenance of Critical Electrical Equipment like UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply), Excitation systems, Variable speed drives for HP carbamate pumps, other Variable speed drives, Lifts, Hoists etc.,• Coordinating with other agencies for maintenance jobs completion through safety work permit system. • Participating in Safety mock-drills as part of emergency preparedness.• Participating/Conducting 5 minutes safety talks before taking up any maintenance / overhauling job.• Familiar with management system practices i.e. ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18001, Process safety management system (PSMS).
