A passionate leader with over three decades of experience in power generation Industry, with proven track record of success in EPC Project execution, Project management, Contract and material management, assets management, Operation management, maintenance management, Energy management.I possess a well rounded skill set encompassing technical, commercial and regulatory knowledge; ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.Led a team in successful Errection, testing and commissioning of 1X500 MW Thermal Power Plant (TPP) project for NTPC within a record 26 months, exceeding expectations and delivering a project valued at Rs 2210 Cr.In my recent assignment as COO, I spearheaded complex decision- making across project execution, Operations and overall company direction, navigating legal, commercial and technical challenges while upholding highest standards of corporate governance. Throughout my career, I have fostered trust- based relationship with stakeholders at all levels, including vendors, suppliers, clients, colleagues and subordinates.As a site in charge of 2x363.5 MW CCPP, ONGC Tripura (Balance of plant works and contract closing activities),I have utilized my strong man management skills, innovative thinking and collaborative approach to achieve project goals.As a deputy site in charge of 1x100 MW CCPP, APGCL (Planning, scheduling, progress monitoring): Successfully delivered project objectives in a challenging environment.As in charge of Head operation, 2x210 MW TPP,OPGC,Government of Odisha undertaking with 49% share by AES ( an American multinational)has significantly improved plant KPIs, Implemented SOPs, SMPs, and effectively led the team towards organizational objectives.Extensive experience in working with state and central public sector, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
