Forecast and Monitor plant budget on quarterly and Annually basis. Planning of factory layout, manufacturing schedule, employee requirement and financial and procurement requirements.• Collecting and verifying compliance with all necessary statutory regulations for industrial relation issues and labor union.• Closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), important process metrics, accurate forecasting, and always delivering on schedule. Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.• Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams. Responsible for achieving daily plan Vs actual qty. Responsible to maintain 5S on shop floor Encourage continuous improvement work culture through CFT work to improving safety, productivity, OEE & quality of product / Process. Guide and mentors team members, give constructive feedback on accomplishing tasks and goals.• Identify training need through PMS review & recommend training for team. Guide team by giving direction, providing work enablers, delegate responsibility to get work done. Handle IR issue & union workers strike issue.

• Responsible for Analyzing, interpretation & problem solving in Machine Shop and Assembly shop.• Lead TPM implementation activity as TPM coordinator & JH pillar Head. Shift running plant to new location without customer production line loss Attended the customer complaints to solve those by initiating appropriate corrective & preventive actions.• Responsible for all improvement / project activities to improve productivity, quality & safety in process & product.• Create a Contingency plan in the event of an emergency situation such as utility interruption, labor shortage, key equipment failure & field returns.• Analyzing and improving product per unit cost through monitoring of various expense heads & consumption trends. Functional knowledge of the TS / ISO / EOHS system.

• Supported manufacturing engineering for Installation and commissioning valve production line for Audi & Iveco.• Implement single piece flow by doing simple automation to reduce LINE INVENTORY AND REDUCE MANPOWER.• Formulated & executed Production and manpower schedules / plans for smooth execution of production at the shop floor within time.• Imparted process related training to subordinates, review and enhance competency level. Controlled & reduced the rework & rejection in the process.
