Coordinate with Customers & Understand their business requirement to provide best services. Responsible for Issuing Purchase Order, Proforma invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO (Certificate of Origin) and other shipping documents for Exports /Domestic supplies.Verify and issue approval for the Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill prior to filing with customs.Plan & Execute Cross Country shipments as well as direct shipments fromend to end. Also Ensure compliance with local and international customs requirements.Co-ordinating with the overseas factories/warehouses/vendors on Cargo readiness and organizing shipments by nominating shipping agents.Plan, manage and evaluate logistics and supply chain operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transport service providers and customers.Nominating the best service providers (Forwarders / Shipping Liners and Custom House Agents) available in the industry for AIR, SEA & Courier shipments.
