Currently handling two processes involved in Receivables Management and Due Diligence of mortgage backed securities acquired by Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC.Accounts Receivable process is involved in timely inclusion of Servicing advances incurred by Ocwen through monthly remittance reports.Due diligence process involves verification of invoice availability on loans acquired by Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC. Validating other loan documents necessary for claims submission when loans go through default process.- Lead the team in completing the reconciliation of applicable GL accounts ensuring channelizing of process flow for other departments.- Ensuring of reduced exposure to bottom line by faster recovery of the borrower non billable expenses from clients.- Ensuring error free transactions and taking care of Reporting guidelines as per Servicing Agreements.- Identifying any key process changes as per the clients requirement and bring in changes with assistance of in-house automation team.- Conducting weekly and monthly one-to-one sessions with different departments to analyse performance bottlenecks and suggest scope of improvement.

Involved in managing two sub processes involved in Claims Management and Accounts Receivable functions.Transitioned Claims Management process from offshore location. Spearheaded in identification of accurate process flow in compliant with Investor servicing guides, distribution of workflow according to sub-process functions.Accounts Receivables process involves timely inclusion of eligible servicing advances through monthly remittance report prepared for Mortgage backed securities managed by Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC.
