* Represent the Bank in the region/locality in terms of its brand and image.* Prepare annual budget, Work with direct reports to set performance standards that are specific and measurable.* Develop new business. Ensure and monitor accomplishment of projected business growth by implementing plans and strategies to achieve deposit, risk assets, customer base and other ancillary products sales targets of  the Bank while analyzing client base and competitive environment for the market area.* Maintain cordial relation with key customers and potential customers by ensuring prompt service that meets customers’ needs for maximization of customer satisfaction.* Allocate staff responsibilities for efficient and effective implementation of the operational plan, accounting and administrative work.* Ensure proper learning and development of staffs is done on regular basis while ensuring accountability of their performance and responsibilities consistent with bank culture and core values.* Ensure compliance towards legal and regulatory requirement while following professional business practices and ethics.
