Recruited new third party vendors for manufacturing FMCG non food and Food Articles as well as SKU's in the Home category. Did a through inspection of these vendors. Negotiated supply prices for the targeted Products based on the best formulations and quality supplies on Cost plus basis. Had a team of 5 persons reporting to me. Maintained cost sheets for each of the products based on the best RM and PM prices negotiated by us ( even had our own approved suppliers for RM and PM whit whom we negotiated better RM and PM costs maintaining the best quality). Also maintained a strict Quality control on the manufactured and supplied material for every batch ordered for the PRIVATE LABELS In our BRAND NAME and under our Reliance Retail Label. Kept a special vigil on the logistics and the transportation costs. Derived the best margins for the company. Launched New Products under the company name.
