1 .Production Management• To communicate with buyer with TNA & did weekly meeting with buying house.• To develop the proto samples for all aspects of design & try to suggest for proto production friendly.• To make the costing of the product with buying house. • To send meeting samples, fit sample, Size set & PP. • To make the details of accessories required & follow up with vendor & our field boy for local purchase.• Working in co-ordination with pattern master & getting the patterns graded and work out the right consumption of fabric. • To do weekly meeting concern dept. To ensure that we should on right track in term of production as well as quality.• Looking for all order review with Junior Merchant and as well as discussed any fabric, trims & accessories pendency’s.• To make sure FPT & GPT will be on time as per buyer requirement.• Taking follow up for Wash care layout approval.
