A mines maintenance professional with Bachelor in mechanical engineering with 16 year experience with in mining industry in HEMM division in surface and underground mining in core mining as well as cement industry.16 years of experience in the heavy earth moving machine (HEMM) and electrical industry, I am a seasoned leader and expert in mining project excellence. My core competencies include maintenance and repair of HEMM, Planning, customer service operations, and team management. I am currently the Manager business development at Gainwell Commosales Pvt. Ltd., a leading dealer of Caterpillar machines in India.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of multiple mining equipment service contracts across different sites. I manage the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control of the projects, and ensure that the contractual obligations and customer expectations are met or exceeded. I also supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and provide them with technical guidance.
