Has been a successful professional with around 25 years of industry and academia experience upto senior management level.Member of All India Management Association (A.I.M.A), National HRD Network (NHRDN), Lucknow Management Association (L.M.A) & Association of Knowledge Workers (A.K.W.L).Head of AKWL working group on learning and development. Attended several training programs like: FLAME, seminars, Management Development Programs (M.D.P) throughout India. Represented SMS Group of Institutions in National Employability Conclave, Career Guru Awards, All India TPO Conference, Asia Pacific Human Resource Congress, World HRD Congress, CII Partnership Summit, Uttar Pradesh Business Summit and National Convention - Imperatives for India’s Growth & Security. Represent SMS Lucknow in Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and is council member of CII North Region & U.P State Task Force on Skill Development . Successfully organized CII HR Conclave 2012, CII-SMS Placement Fair 2013,National Seminar on "Education to Employment - Role of Skill Development' in May 2013 and FDP on ' Imbibing Skills for Enhancing Teaching Competencies " in July 2013.
