CurrentSuccessfully completed new office space (800 – seater) in year 2022 along through coworking agency. The new office is build out as per company standards outside SEZ area. Successfully migrated from SEZ to Non-SEZ premises. Taking care of Mumbai offices (BKC & Andheri) Further plan to expand over Vadodara & Gurgaon.Completed the built out of new office space 350-seater with cafeteria and indoor recreation space. (All during pandemic phase) Started the new cafeteria and transport services for employees. The cafeteria is equipped with cooking provision by means of electrical cookware, seating capacity is 64 seat.Started with shuttle service for employee commutation from station to office prior to lockdown, in the beginning of year 2021 started with pickup & drop services from seven different route.During lockdown period ensued laptop and desktop delivery at employee’s residence to avoid any production loss for organization. Purchased various merchandise/gifts with company branding and delivered at employee’s residence.Implemented process and procedures, implemented SOP’s for various operations, created the setup AMC’s, utilized negotiations skills, Initiated and created agreements for various services and AMC’s.Handling and managing team of three subordinate who support and assist in daily activity. Meeting with stakeholders to understand the various issues shred and provided valid solutions.
