Employ critical skill to understand the market dynamics and get good realizations, Corporate Policies like ensuring compliance of policy guidelines and mechanisms for implementing them in the core areas of Health, Safety &Environment; Energy conservation & efficiency; deployment of latest emission free technologies, HR systems; IT and financial controls. Liasoning with the corporate functional heads of the group to drive consistency of certain policy guidelines across the group.
