Defined and executed product vision and strategy for the collaboration products and internet enabled all InFocus projectors (IoT). Worked with sales and global channel partners to deliver over $100M in sales with these new products. Successfully negotiated and closed M&A activities to accelerate business strategy: Jupiter Systems, Vidco System Integration, and Avistar Communications.

Responsible for product management and business development for Polycom’s award-winning Unified Communications software (iOS, Android, Windows, and OS X). Defined and managed the product strategy to bring Polycom software into third party devices. Worked closely with large telcos (AT&T, Verizon, NTT, Softbank, Telstra), UI designers, and engineering to deliver industry leading user experience for enterprise video conferencing products. Won the 2012 Edison Award for Innovation in Business Communication.

Re-energized the company's core firmware business and built the ecosystem for the new new products in virtualization and security. HyperSpace®: desktop virtualization to deliver instant-on PC experience; FailSafe®: Cloud-based theft-deterrence service for PCs; and Phoenix Freeze: Bluetooth® based automatic PC security utility.
