• In charge of MEP works at Package RM.01 Retail Mall• Liaise with Authorities/Service Providers regarding commencement of work, progress of work at site, inspection /testing and handover.• Handling submission of materials/shop drawings/method statements to Authorities/Service Providers/Clients.• Monitor and supervise works at site to ensure work progresses as per work programme and approved drawings/standard details.• Attend meetings with Client/Consultant/Sub-contractors.• Monitor BIM model submission progress and take lead in the coordination between MEP services• Prepare M&E progress reports and joint measurement sheets• Updating Progress of MEP( Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) works weekly with the use of Tracking List to monitor weekly to ensure smooth progress and identify delays.• Evaluate work done by Sub-contractors against tender documents/drawings• Write correspondence to Sub-contractors to notify delay in submission and site progress• Prepare notice of claim to client for variation order (VO)• Prepare and raise TQ (Technical Query) regarding unresolved or vague site issues/drawing/ information impeding site progress• Attend on site inspection with consultants• Review submission of materials/shop drawings/method statement prior submission to consultant.
