Erp Support Analyst
Current- Provide ongoing support and consultation to end users of leading ERP applications - IFS, NAV etc. acting as an extended part of the client’s IT team.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent follow ups, ensuring that SLAs are met without delays.
- Gathering required information pertaining to incidents and carry out root cause analysis.
- Collaborating with senior technical and functional consultants to provide working solutions.
- Planning and conducting training sessions to help ramp-up new analysts.
