Current• Provide ongoing support and consultation to end users of leading ERP applications - IFS, NAV etc. acting as an extended part of the client’s IT team.• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent follow ups, ensuring that SLAs are met without delays.• Gathering required information pertaining to incidents and carry out root cause analysis. • Collaborating with senior technical and functional consultants to provide working solutions.• Planning and conducting training sessions to help ramp-up new analysts.
