M Perumal News Agency was founded by the late Mr. M. Perumal in 1984 and is the sole agent for major newspapers in Jerantut & Mentakab (Pahang). It is also the biggest wholesalers of spices and Yusuf Taiyoob dates in Jerantut.

MP Minimart was founded in 2013 and located in Jalan Besar, Jerantut. In 2015, it opened its second brand in Taman Koperasi. It is one of the leading mini mart in Jerantut.Both of the outlets are open from 7am to 12am daily.
