◆ Managing the production of various fruits and vegetables canning such as Pineapple, Mango, Pears, Litchi, Peach, Guava, Cherry, Grapes, Green Peas, Mushroom, Baby Corn, Sarson Ka Saag, Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Carrot, Cauliflower, Tomato Juice, Sweet Corn Cream style.◆ Managing the production of different type of Jams, Jellies, Juices, Ketchup, Sauces including vegetable, Soya sauce, squash, fruit crushes [Mango, Pineapple, Strawberry, Orange, Guava].◆ Managing the production including quality control from raw material to finished products.◆ Managing the production of fruits and vegetable tinned against APO (Army Purchase Organization).◆ Technically managing 3rd party companies located in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for the production of canned Mango Pulp (Alphanso and Totapuri) for export and Pineapple and Tomato products for domestic markets.
