Role: BSS, SWAP, up gradation and New Rollout both 2G and 3G, State Wide (BSNL Phase 5 Project)• Responsible for the implementation of 4000 Huawei sites, across 11 cities, in Kerala State. Scope included approval of all Design and Engineering solutions.Plan and rollout of 4000 sites in 11 Cities and surrounding areas, issuing design packs and C-module’s to ASP’s. and MR to Logistics as well• Track and identify installation activities, obtaining reports from Regional Managers, site controllers and Sub-contractors,• Giving IBS Solutions and controlling the IBS team as required• Prepare a process for Quality inspection. Maintain quality reports and conduct regular quality audits.• Process the Bills for the partner as per contractual terms. • Guide PO Team for Prepare and maintain PO for all Partner team. Verifying MR for all the utilities to meet project deadlines. • Analyzing STOCK frequently for Planning.

• Perform on-site surveys• Planning for re-parenting of existing BSC to the New XCDR.• Configuration & Integration of New BSC, XCDR & PCU.• Driving operational activities such as preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance• Coordinating with the Project Engineers for the smooth running of the AMC and Project activity.• Coordinating with Vendor & Customer effectively to resolve the faults in time to reduce the site outages.• Project and AMC review meeting with meetings with supervisors, engineers &BSNL.• Auditing Preventive Maintenance for BSS & Transmission equipment. • Coordinating with BSNL A/T team and getting the commissioning certificate on time.• Coordinating with BSNL and receiving project and AMC payment. • To lead a team of engineers and trainees for network rollout, planning and O & M.• Auditing Preventive Maintenance for BSS & Transmission equipment. • Spare Cards& tool management for Tamilnadu circle.• Preparing Performance & Outage reports for senior management

• Installation & commissioning of Motorola BTS & BSC, NEC PDH MW, Power Plant of Amararaja, HBL Battery Bank, Diesel Generators & Indoor RF Repeaters in Trivandrum and kollom SSA’s.• Operation and Maintenance of BSS and Transmission Equipments.• To conduct Site survey, LOS survey and complete site build activities.• Attending Customer Complaints. Perform Acceptance test.• Coordinating with BSNL for the successful and timely completion of the project as well as maintaining a minimal network outage.
