 Preparation of specification for Geotechnical investigation. Co-ordination with client site team and design office to ensure the investigation is executed as per all possible means of satisfaction and requirement. Monitoring the drilling operation, field work and sending daily progress report to Client, Designer and drilling agency to ensure that the drilling work is as per schedule. Using appropriate drilling tools to ensure the quality of drilling and recover of samples for subsequent testing and design requirements. Taking care of data required for proper documentation from site i.e  Photographs of each drilling rig location with terrain condition; Photographs of SPT soil sample with proper nomenclature; Guiding the operator to preserve the soil samples for testing; Placing the rock cores with proper nomenclature on core boxes; Photographs of rock core samples; and Ensure that the proper field bore log is maintained by testing agency by logging the inputs from drilling work Coordinating with designer on day to day activities & deciding the termination of borehole. Ensuring the Coordinates and elevation details of Topographic survey works for location of boreholes pertaining to proposed structure. Review of borehole investigation plan versus site conditions and interacting with designer for alternate location of borehole Checking the Topographic survey to locate the location of proposed boreholes with help of universal co-ordinates. Monitoring on timely basis all the laboratory tests at the laboratory of sub-consultants. Checking and correcting all the factual reports of Geotechnical investigation in comparison with field investigations and Laboratory tests.
