Having Industry experience of over 28 years, of which 12 years in Myanmar, in both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas E&P, Drilling Services and Coal Bed Methane (CBM) in diverse fields of Project Management, Project Coordination, Commercial Negotiations, Contracts Management, Finance, Stakeholder Management and Liaison, assumed Country Manager position in General Manager capacity in 2013 for an Onshore Exploration Block in Myanmar.

Been a key member of the project execution team of Essar, which operated offshore block A2 and onshore block L in Myanmar for over five years. Having an extensive experience of E&P activities in Myanmar – right from seismic data acquisition to drilling of onshore and offshore wells. Areas of expertise include Project coordination, Commercial Negotiations and Contracts management, Banking, Finance & Accounts, Crisis management besides Stakeholder Management, Logistics, General Administration, Vendor Development and Relationship management.Looking after Operations Management, have functioned as Deputy to the Country Head in Myanmar, assisting in all areas including Project Management. Along the line, on numerous occasions had opportunities to independently discharge the responsibilities & duties of the office in the absence of Country Manager.Developed comfortable network of personal contacts around Myanmar Oil & Gas arena in MOGE, EPD of MoE and other Ministries/Agencies of concern.
