 Preparation of Monthly Invoices. Cost tracking, preparation, updating and control of budget for the project. Defining project scope, project cost, and scheduling the project activities. Ensuring compliance with specified timelines and budgetary allocations. Identifying and addressing all risk and contingency situations arising during the project lifecycle. Conducting project review meetings for tracking project progress and de-bottlenecking. Supporting the generation and relapse of various project management documents like progress reports, scope documents, etc. Instrumental in planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling of the construction activities & monitoring the execution of all construction activities.  Correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors to understand their needs & customizing the process and services accordingly to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Preparation of Control Estimate for the project along with cost schedule & cash flow. Productivity analysis of resources.  Inventory Control. Subcontractor Payment Control Sheets. Preparing monitoring reports and sending to the top management. Tracking on materials and its procurement for timely delivery of project deliverables. Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly look ahead plans for construction team.
