-Over 16 years of experience in Piping Layout Design relating to the Upstream Offshore market such as, Production Platforms, FPSO’s, Semi-submersibles, Tension Leg Platforms, Well Head Platforms.-Over 15 years of experience in PDMS 3D modelling, Drafting, and few Admin activities Catalogue & Spec building for various Drilling rigs, FPSO’S, & Well head Platform-Over 2 years of experience in CADWorx pipe routing, pipe supports & equipment modelling-Utilized SP3D in pipe routing, pipe supports, equipment modelling, draft, isodraft & report generations-Review/evaluate client project/engineering Bid documents, Scope of work and raise technical bid clarifications.-Man-Hr. Estimation and Resource planning (Man Power & Software) -Prepare MDR and provide input for project planning.-Preparation of Piping Layout, Routing & 3D modelling of piping, equipment, Taking Responsibility on individual areas or System.-Proactively identify areas of Critical and take steps to in line with the project schedule.-Performs all steps of drawing checking and line list, tie-ins and their requirements.-Experience in working with other disciplines and understanding their interface requirements.-Knowledge in equipment, valve and instrumentation access and maintenance requirements.-Ability to create As-built P&ID’s, piping plans, sections and details.-Designing & 3D modelling of pipe supports on MDS, Structural analysis of supports.-Decide location and functionality of pipe supports.-Review drawings and vendor equipment documentation of basic to moderate complexity, for compliance with project requirements and actively seeks resolution.-Performs bulk material take-off analysis and tabulations.-Participates in people development through mentoring of less experienced Designers.-Worked in field project locations with lead designers or engineers to make field sketches, take dimensions, etc.-Extensive knowledge in Site survey and yard assistance
